There are now penalties when you do actions in the game.

It now costs resources to build capitol buildings. 

You can also to the next Epoch by clicking the button in the capitol building. However, it is very expensive to do so.

There are some bugs with the AI. The game crashes when a new map is created, which creates issues when you try to create a new world. These will be investigated and fixed throughout the week.
